Easter Drawings, 2026
The eagle symbolises the Trinity — Father, Son and Spirit — moving together, powerfully at work in our world.
These four works trace a journey. From the silence outside Jerusalem's walls, to an insignificant tomb before dawn, to the streets of Hobart today. The Trinity are present in each. Working, empowering, blessing. We don't always see it, or even want to, but their work goes on. The final work, created from children's reflections on Easter, invites our response. To see an eagle, you have to look up. Stop. Notice. Pay attention.
A series of 4 drawings with watercolour, each 3m x 1.5m, installed at C3 Beyond Church, Hobart, Tasmania. 2026.
