Breathe, Shine + Seek to Mend #3
is a series of ten small paintings exhibited at Two Folk Espresso, Hobart, 2026. Each work uses the Christian cross — in its presence or absence — to trace a personal journey through the tensions of faith. Drawing on scripture and history, the works explore love and loss, hope and sorrow, restoration and destruction, wonder and rage. Taken together, they are neither a defence of faith nor a rejection of it. They do not retell. They confess.
